Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  1. Purchased from Holimi.xyz – Items must be purchased directly from our website.
  2. Return Window – Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  3. Condition of Items – Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. We do not accept returns on items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
  4. Proof of Purchase – A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt) is required to process returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

  • Consumable products (e.g., cleaning supplies, brushes, pads, or filters that have been opened or used).
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us – Reach out to our customer support team at admin@holimi.xyz with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.
  2. Return Authorization – Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item(s). Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  3. Prepare Your Return – Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or other items that came with the product.
  4. Ship the Item – Once you receive the return authorization, send the item to the provided address. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or wrong item received).
  5. Return Processing – Once we receive your return, it will be inspected. If it meets our return criteria, we will process a refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees (if any).

Refunds

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will assist you in arranging a replacement or refund at no additional cost. To ensure a smooth process, please include clear photos of the damaged or defective item when contacting us.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to customer preference, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days of approval, please first check with your bank or credit card provider, as there may be a delay in processing. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@holimi.xyz.
